I trust you've been enjoying our special summer and using the sunshine! Makes us remember how fortunate we are to be living and working in this part of the country - and the world. I missed last month's program as I traveled throughout New England with my law school-bound son and was more than happy to leave the humidity "way back there!” 

If you're not away on vacation and get a chance to attend this month's meeting on the 19th, we have two special guests joining us to tell us about how they are marketing the Seahawks. Brian Davis, "The Voice of the Seattle Seahawks", and the new Hawks CEO, Tod Leiweke, will share their enthusiasm and marketing of our region's NFL football team. Tod brings years of successful marketing from the Minnesota Wild NHL team and is now responsible for all business operations, sales and marketing, sponsorship administration and operations functions for the franchise. Summer also finds your membership growing with quality additions thanks to the leadership of our Membership Co-Chairs, Dave Miller and Kathryn Cykler.

And not to forget the fall, Past President Cheri Brennan has lined up a special Annual Event at Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery on September 16th where President and CEO Ted Baseler will address our group in the dining room. Mark your calendars for an exciting set of events. Hope to see you then!
