The youngest chapter of MCEI, was founded in Istanbul in December 2005 and approved by Turkish government authorities on February 10, 2006.
 

The youngest chapter of MCEI, was founded in Istanbul on the 3rd of December 2005 with honorable presence of Mr. Eugenio CANNARSA, MCEI Rome Chapter President and thankful helps Mr. Paul GENTON, MCEI International Chairman.

  

The founding members were Haluk KURT, Serdar OGUZOGLU, Necat KONUKCU, Cengiz OR, Reha EREKLI, Reha TARTICI, Cetin SAGIROGLU, Gurhan SIRIN, Eugenio CANNARSA
