Background / History

The youngest chapter of  MCEI, was founded in Istanbul on the 3rd of December 2005 with honorable presence of Mr. Eugenio CANNARSA, MCEI Rome Chapter President and thankful helps Mr. Paul GENTON, MCEI International Chairman.
 

The founding members were Haluk KURT, Serdar OGUZOGLU, Necat KONUKCU, Cengiz OR, Reha EREKLI, Reha TARTICI, Cetin SAGIROGLU, Gurhan SIRIN, Eugenio CANNARSA

Turkish  government authorities granted the Istanbul Chapter by-laws formal legal approval on February  10, 2006.
 

The Istanbul Chapter of MCEI was formed for the purpose of gathering business executives, those who are interested in various fields of communication and economy or the people working in those fields together and activating the exchange of information and idea on national and international terms.

Activities

The basic activity of MCEI Istanbul is a monthly members dinner  where our association meets to make new contacts, exchange ideas while listening to an interesting speech.

Meetings

Monthly meetings dinner are held in Istanbul usually on the 2nd Tuesday of each month, The cost of dinner is not included in the annual fees.

Membership

The membership is individual. Candidates applying for membership must be sponsored by at least two current members. Candidates are asked to fill an application form. Each application has to be agreed by the board.

Dues & Fees

The annual due is 50. -  Euros (dinner not included)
The joining fee for new members is 2.000. - Euros
